Software is how we deliver PPM.
The PPM work we do at PRIMZO is supported by software we build and operate: dashboards, portfolio analytics, risk scoring, resource planning, executive reporting. This page describes the engineering practice behind those tools.
How we build.
Most of our internal tooling is TypeScript and Python on Postgres, deployed on the same Contabo VPS where this website runs. We prefer boring technology, small services, and clear ownership.
- TypeScript for web apps and APIs.
- Python for analytics, ETL and AI integrations.
- Postgres as the system of record.
- Docker & Compose for deployment isolation across the 22 containers we operate today.
- Cloudflare in front of everything.
What we will not do.
We do not run staff augmentation, do not promise junior teams at senior rates, and do not ship code without a deployment plan. If that is what you need, we will happily refer you.
