We are hiring a senior full-stack engineer to lead delivery on two of our flagship engagements: a multi-tenant SaaS for healthcare operations and a learning platform serving 4,000+ students across the GCC.
What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of new features end-to-end (TypeScript on the front end, Python on the back end).
- Pair with our principal engineer on architecture reviews, then own the implementation through production.
- Run weekly demos with clients and own the roadmap for your projects.
- Mentor mid-level engineers; contribute to our internal playbook.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications, ideally with at least one multi-tenant SaaS shipped to real users.
- Deep TypeScript (React or Next.js) and Python (FastAPI or Django). Comfortable in Postgres. Bonus: Go, Cloudflare Workers, pgvector.
- You have been the senior engineer on at least one project that survived contact with real users — incidents, ops, the works.
- Strong written English. You can write a clear architecture memo and explain trade-offs to a non-technical client.
