We need a senior operations / PM lead who can own the delivery rhythm across all our engagements — scope, schedule, budget, client communication.
What you will do
- Run the delivery cadence across 6+ concurrent engagements.
- Own scope, schedule, and budget for each project. Tell clients the truth before problems become crises.
- Manage the resource plan across our 24-person team.
- Drive the monthly steering reviews and quarterly retros.
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of delivery / PM experience in a software consultancy or product company.
- You have run projects where the client renewed and referred their peers. You can show us the receipts.
- Comfortable with both waterfall and agile; you pick the methodology that fits the engagement.
- Strong written English. Arabic a plus but not required.
