Our new graduate program pairs you with a senior engineer for 12 months. You will ship real production code from week 3, not week 30. We hire 2-4 graduates per year.
What you will do
- Pair with a senior engineer on a real production codebase.
- Own a small feature or service end-to-end by month 6.
- Run weekly demos with the client and explain your work in plain English.
- Attend weekly tech talks and book club.
What we are looking for
- Recent graduate (or graduating this year) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong fundamentals: data structures, networking, databases. You can write a SQL JOIN without copy-pasting.
- One or two side projects you can talk about for 10 minutes without losing the thread.
- Curiosity and honesty matter more than a perfect transcript.
